Just a quick promotion for hrc.org. The Human Rights Campaign puts out an index that rates companies and their openness to lesbian, gay and transgendered people.

The power of choice is the point of this index; for example if you ever have trouble deciding on the most PC of cat food companies: Iams rates very high (86 points) while Alpo, Fancy Feast, and Friskies (all made by Nestle Purina PetCare) rated very low (29).
